Instagram Live Sales
It is a virtual sale hosted on Instagram Live (think QVC).

Each crystal is shown in detail, with a code and a price that follows. To claim the crystal, type the code in the comment section. The first comment that comes through our screen, claims the crystal. You may experience a lag and see comments in a different order.
Please claim responsibly; if you claim it, it’s yours. No swaps or put-backs. It's not fair to others who are participating in the live sale.
Rates vary between $8.50 - $10.50 and free for orders over $150, within the US.
We offer free local pickup at our retail store in Miami, FL. Please select "Local Pickup" during checkout. It is listed as a "Delivery" option.
You will be sent link via direct message (DM) in Instagram, where you are able to checkout and pay. Links are usually ready within 2 days after the sale. Payment is due within 24 hours of the link being sent.
Accounts with unpaid claims will be blocked and unable to participate in future sales.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days from the date of your order, usually via USPS or UPS. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. You will receive an email when your package is shipped, along with a tracking number.
A lot of thought and care goes into every order, from selecting your item to the packaging. Thank you for shopping and supporting a small business.
You should receive your order within 7 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you.
Carriers may experience delays during holiday peak times or due to staff shortages. Unfortunately we have no control when this happens.

Yes, we offer free shipping for domestic orders over $150.
We ship to the US, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
No, we currently do not offer international shipping at the moment but hope to soon.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted, and all sales are final. Each item has a detailed description with photos. If you have any questions regarding an item, please get in touch with us before purchasing it. Please note that this does not hold the item for you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damages caused by shipping must go through the carrier.
Please keep all original packaging including the box. Take pictures of visible damages to the box and to your item. To file a claim with USPS, click here. To file a claim with UPS, click here.
Please note that some carriers may require you to take the damaged item in-person and require all orginal packaging including bubble wrap and/or other shipping materials.
