Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese word that translates to universal life force energy and is a form of energy work. It is a holistic healing modality that nourishes our mind, body, and spirit. Anyone called to this healing art can study it and put it to practice. After a series of training, a person is initiated into Reiki through what is known as reiju. Reiki then moves from Source to the person receiving it via the practitioner, who acts as an energy conduit.
In-Person Session
In this session, we will work on recalibrating your energy centers, also known as the chakras. You will lay on a massage table, fully-clothed, with your eyes closed. I use a combination of Reiki, crystals, sound, and my intuition to guide the session. The goal is for you to feel relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.

Virtual Session
Receive a beautiful Reiki session from anywhere in the world! All you need is a quiet space to relax and healing energy can be sent your way!
In this session, we will pull cards for guidance, set an intention, work on recalibrating your energy centers, also known as the chakras. The goal is for you to feel relaxed, restored, and rejuvenated.
